Asked before signing up
Is this a real website or a page on your site?
A real website on your own domain, like yourname.in or yourname.com, with its own pages, fast on a phone and indexed by Google. If you don't have a domain, Karyo registers one in your name.
Do I need to learn to write prompts?
No. You write what you'd tell a staff member: "Sunday closed", "add these photos", "reply to this review". Karyo works out the rest and shows you before anything goes live.
Who owns the website, the domain and my enquiries?
You do. The domain is registered to you. Your business record and every enquiry can be exported any time. If you leave, you take them.
What happens when Karyo gets something wrong?
It can't publish on its own, so a mistake is caught when it shows you the change. If something still slips through, reply "undo" and the previous version is back. A person at Karyo is in the same thread if you want one.
I'm a workshop. Can I get bookings and job cards?
Karyo handles enquiries. For bookings, job cards and customer tracking, our sister product Kenro Workshop picks up where Karyo stops, and the two work together.
