Terms

Effective 8 October 2026. Written in plain words on purpose. The plain words are the terms; there is no longer version that says something else.

Who these terms are between

You, the business that signs up, and TUD Innovations (OPC) Private Limited, CIN U62011DL2026OPC466713, New Delhi, India, which operates Karyo. Signing up on WhatsApp or paying an invoice is agreeing to these terms.

What Karyo is

Karyo is a service that builds and runs your business's website, registers a domain in your name, keeps your Google Business Profile in sync, and collects and answers enquiries, all by instructions you give over WhatsApp or web chat. It uses AI to do this and shows you every change before it goes live. Karyo is in early access: some steps are done by people at Karyo rather than by software, and the service will change as it is built. We will tell you in the thread when something changes that affects you.

The free draft

A draft website is made from your Google Maps listing at no cost, on a Karyo address, marked as a draft and not indexed by search engines. You may keep it as a draft for as long as you like or walk away. Nothing is owed until you ask to go live.

The plan and payment

  • Two plans. Starter: ₹999 per month or ₹9,999 per year (website, domain, changes by chat, enquiries forwarded). Employee: ₹1,499 per month or ₹14,999 per year (adds Google Business Profile sync, summaries, replies and follow-ups on your approval, and a person in the thread). 18% GST is added. Prices may change for a new term with 30 days' notice in the thread; a paid term is never changed mid-way.
  • Either yearly plan includes one .in or .com domain. On a monthly plan a domain is ₹699 one-time. Connecting a domain you already own is free.
  • Reviewed launch, ₹3,999 one-time, is optional: a person at Karyo checks every page and fact before go-live.
  • WhatsApp marketing messages you ask Karyo to send to people who have not messaged you first are charged at Meta's rate, passed through without markup, and shown to you before sending.
  • Payment is by UPI AutoPay, card, or bank transfer. A GST invoice is issued for every payment, with your GSTIN if you give one.

Cancelling and leaving

  • Monthly: cancel any time; the service runs to the end of the paid month. Yearly: runs to the end of the paid year. Say "cancel" in the thread; no form, no call.
  • Refunds: the free draft means you see the work before paying, so plan fees are not refunded once a term starts. A Reviewed launch fee is refunded in full if the review has not been done.
  • When a paid term ends without renewal, the site stays up for 30 days showing a simple page with your name, phone and WhatsApp, then comes down. Your domain and your export are unaffected.

Your domain is yours

Any domain Karyo registers for you is registered with you as the owner (the registrant) and Karyo as the technical contact. Karyo never holds a domain against you. On request, at any time, including after you leave, we give you the transfer authorisation code within 5 working days and unlock the domain. If you leave before a yearly term ends, the domain's registration year is already paid and stays with you.

Your data is yours

Your business record (every fact, photo and setting), your conversations with Karyo, and every enquiry are yours. Ask in the thread and you get an export in plain files within 5 working days. The software that turns your record into a website and replies is Karyo's, and is licensed to you while you subscribe. Nothing you give Karyo is used to train AI models or sold. The privacy page says what is stored and who processes it.

What Karyo will do, and will not

  • Every change to your website, Google profile or catalogue is described to you and applied only when you say yes. You can undo any change.
  • Karyo replies to customers only with facts you have given it. It does not invent prices, availability, reviews, awards, or claims. Anything it does not know, it asks you.
  • Replies to Google reviews are posted only with your approval.
  • Karyo answers; you run the business. Bookings, prices, service, deliveries and refunds between you and your customers are yours. Karyo is not a party to those.
  • Karyo does not guarantee search rankings, enquiry volumes, or any business outcome. It builds and keeps your presence the way Google and Meta ask, which is the honest limit of what anyone can promise.

What you agree to

  • Facts you give Karyo about your business are true. You are responsible for what you ask Karyo to publish or send.
  • You will not use Karyo to send unsolicited messages, to mislead customers, or for anything unlawful. Meta's and Google's own rules apply to messages and listings, and if they suspend a number or a profile for breaking those rules, Karyo cannot undo that.
  • Only people you have named may instruct Karyo for your business. Tell us in the thread to add or remove someone.

Availability and support

Karyo aims to be available at all times and is hosted on infrastructure with backups. If it is down, we tell you in the thread and fix it. A person at Karyo is reachable by typing "human" in the thread, on working days, from New Delhi. Early-access customers get a person faster, not slower.

Limits

Karyo's liability to you for anything arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and law

If these terms change, you are told in the thread 30 days before the change takes effect, and you may cancel before then. These terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts of New Delhi.
