Business systems and ERP, sized for your business
Many small and mid-size businesses run on Tally, a few Excel sheets and several WhatsApp groups, with the owner holding it together. A business system puts orders, stock, dispatch and invoicing in one place, so everyone works from the same numbers. Some call it an ERP. We build it around how your business already works, with only the parts you need.
What you get
Orders to invoice, in one place.
The parts below are the usual ones. The proposal lists exactly which your build has, and what it must never change about how you work.
What goes in
- Orders from every channel, checked against stock and the customer's credit before they are confirmed.
- Stock by item and location, moving as goods come in and go out.
- Dispatch: what to pack, what has gone, part dispatches, and the vehicle and transporter details.
- GST invoicing raised from the order, with your tax details applied.
- An owner's dashboard that answers the questions you ask every morning.
- Leads and quotations at the front, where sales needs them: custom CRMs.
- A portal for dealers or customers where they order again and again: portals.
Tally
Your accountant keeps Tally.
The books stay where your accountant works. The system links to Tally where they need it, and what flows each way is agreed with them and written into the proposal.
Usually agreed
- Item, customer and ledger names that match in both places, settled before anything is linked.
- Sales and invoices going into Tally the way your accountant wants them.
- Outstanding balances read back, so the system shows the same figure as the books.
- Our article on what "linked to Tally" really means covers the methods and the questions to ask.
Systems already running
Workshop software and event systems.
Two systems on the work page are in use today. Different trades, the same method: the system follows how the business already works.
How the build goes

Questions
Asked about business systems.
Is this an ERP?
If ERP means one system for orders, stock, dispatch and invoicing, yes. We build only the parts your business uses, so there are no modules nobody opens.
Do we have to stop using Tally?
No. The system links to Tally where your accountant needs it, and the books stay there. What flows in each direction is agreed with your accountant and written into the proposal.
Can we start with one part?
Yes. A build can start small, such as orders and dispatch, and a later project can add the next part. Each project has its own written proposal and fixed price.
What happens to our Excel sheets and old software?
Moving your records in is part of the build: item lists, customer lists, price lists and opening stock. Your people are shown how to use the system on real work.
Is it priced per user?
No. One price per project, never per user, so adding staff never changes the bill.
