A workshop website with live job tracking.
Upshift Autos is a paint protection film, styling and bodyshop workshop in New Delhi, working on everything from daily drivers to supercars since 2020. It needed a site that sells the work, and a way for customers to follow their car without calling.

Where it started
Great work, told badly online.
A workshop's best marketing is its finished cars, and its biggest time sink is customers asking for updates.
- Services hard to explain
- PPF, wraps, paint correction, coatings, tuning and bodywork need their own explanations, not one long list.
- Proof scattered on social media
- The best builds lived in Instagram posts, not somewhere a new customer could find them on Google.
- "Is my car ready?"
- Updates were chased by phone and WhatsApp, interrupting the floor all day.
What we did
A page for every service, and the car's progress on WhatsApp.
Thirteen service pages
Each service explained on its own page, written for the questions customers ask before they book.
Build showcases
Selected builds presented as stories with photos, so new customers see the standard of work.
Live job tracking
Every job gets a private link on WhatsApp showing each stage, from arrival to delivery, with photos from the floor.
One-tap estimate approval
The estimate appears on the same link and the customer approves it there, so work starts without a call.
Questions answered up front
An FAQ and a WhatsApp button on every page, so enquiries arrive with the right details.
What comes next
Built to grow with the business.
The tracking runs on Kenro Workshop, TUD Innovations' workshop software, built on this same floor. Any workshop can use it, and owners set it up themselves: usekenro.com (opens in a new tab).

Yes, and to be open about it: Upshift Autos is our founder's own workshop. It is where Kenro Workshop was built and is used every day.
