The problem
A good shop outgrows its billing software quietly.
The counter is busy, so bills are made in whatever software came with the computer, or by hand when the queue is long. Stock is a guess until the shelf is empty. The supplier says you owe more than your diary does. A customer who bought every month stops coming, and nobody notices.

Do you sell billing machines or POS hardware?
No. The system runs in the browser on a computer or tablet at the counter, with a standard barcode scanner and receipt printer. We tell you what to look for, and you buy the hardware from any local supplier.
Is it GST billing software for shops?
Yes. Every bill carries the GST rate and HSN code of each item, and the day's sales, purchases and returns are posted to Tally for your accountant.
Can it manage several stores from one place?
Yes. Each branch has its own stock, staff and cash, and the owner sees every branch together. Stock moves between branches as a transfer that both stores confirm.
Will it work for my kind of shop?
It is built around your trade, whether that means loose items, sizes and colours, serial numbers or contractor credit.
How do customers get repeat-purchase reminders?
Each bill is saved against the customer's mobile number. You choose the reminders, for example a refill after thirty days or a new season arriving, and they go out on WhatsApp Business.
How long does it take to set up?
A website and Google listing take 3 to 5 weeks; a full multi-branch system 2 to 4 months. You get a fixed quote within 3 working days of our first conversation.
How is it priced?
A fixed build fee paid in stages, then an annual maintenance contract covering hosting, backups, updates and support. Never per user, so adding a cashier or a branch manager costs nothing extra.
