Custom CRM and ERP development
Custom CRM and ERP software, built around how your business already runs.
Karyo builds the system your team works in every day: enquiries and quotations, sales orders, purchase, stock across every location, production, dispatch and GST invoicing, with the owner’s dashboard on a phone. Tally stays the books, and your Excel sheets and registers are migrated in. Then we host it, maintain it and keep it running under an annual maintenance contract.
- Written proposal and fixed quote within 3 working days
- Posts to Tally
- Start with one module, or the whole business
| Item | Location | In stock | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Product A | Main store | 140 | In stock |
| Product B | Branch 2 | 12 | Reorder |
| Product C | Warehouse | 380 | In stock |
| Product D | Branch 1 | 0 | Transfer due |
The problem
When the business lives in five places, nobody sees all of it.
Enquiries arrive on WhatsApp and are forgotten if nobody writes them down. Quotations live in Word, orders in Excel, stock in a register and bills in Tally. Every morning starts with calls to find out what sold yesterday and what is running short.
The owner holds the whole picture in their head, until the business grows past one person’s memory.
A CRM and ERP built around your business puts every enquiry, order and invoice in one place, recorded once, and visible to the owner from anywhere.
What’s included
The modules a growing business runs on.
Choose the modules you need, each shaped around your products and the way your team already works. They share one set of records, so a quotation becomes an order, the order reduces stock, and nothing is typed twice.
- Leads and enquiries
- From phone, website, WhatsApp or walk-in, assigned and followed up on a date.
- Quotations
- Built from your price list, sent by email or WhatsApp, turned into an order.
- Sales orders
- Status visible to everyone, from the counter to dispatch.
- Purchase
- Purchase orders, goods received, and bills matched before payment.
- Multi-location inventory
- Stock by store, branch or godown, with stock transfers and reorder levels.
- Production planning
- What to make next against orders and material, with output per batch.
- Dispatch
- Loading against the order, delivery note and a WhatsApp update.
- GST invoicing
- Invoices, credit notes and receipts from the order, posted to Tally.
- Staff and branches
- Who can see and do what, at each branch.
- Management dashboard
- Sales, collections, stock and pending orders on the owner's phone.
Build or connect
Custom-built, or connected to what you already have.
We build the full CRM and ERP from the ground up, or build only the missing modules and connect them to what you already run, starting with Tally. Either way, your customers, items, price lists and balances are migrated from Excel and registers, so the system starts with numbers you already trust.
Retail store management
Retail store management software for one shop or many.
Fast counter billing, stock reduced as each item sells, reorder levels flagged before the shelf runs empty, and transfers between branches on a note rather than a phone call. The owner sees every branch together, on a phone.
Family businesses
For family businesses going digital, one module at a time.
Many businesses we build for have run on registers and trust for decades. We start where it hurts most, train your people on the job in English or Hindi, and leave the rest until you are ready. Over time, what lives in one person’s head moves into the system, ready for the next generation.
At your pace
Semi-digital or fully digital: you decide how far to go.
Move one part of the business at a time, and go further only when it pays. Read more about going digital at your own pace.
Fix the part that hurts most
Start with billing or stock. Everything else stays on paper or Excel.
Grow with the business
Add purchase after stock, dispatch after orders. Nothing built earlier is rebuilt.
Enquiry to invoice in one system
Every location in one place, posted to Tally, with the owner's view on a phone.
Examples
What the system runs in different businesses.
Manufacturers
Orders, material, production batches and dispatch in one flow, with machine data added later. See a rice mill example.
Distributors and wholesalers
Schemes, credit limits, stock across godowns and collections, with a dealer ordering portal on top.
Retail stores and chains
Stock across branches, counter billing and customer follow-ups.
Clinics, schools and service firms
Enquiries, appointments or admissions, and fee or invoice collection.
Real estate and hospitality
Enquiries, site visits and payment schedules; purchase and stores across outlets.
Traders with a counter and a ledger
Sales, credit parties and stock moved off the bahi-khata, one module at a time.
Karyo is built by TUD Innovations, the company behind Kenro, automotive software proven on a working workshop floor and running in production at a Delhi pre-owned showroom.

Custom CRM and ERP: common questions
Do we have to replace Tally?
No. Tally stays your books. The system posts entries in the format your accountant already uses, so GST filing carries on as it does today.
Can we start with just one module?
Yes. Many businesses start with billing or stock and keep everything else on paper or Excel. More modules are added later without rebuilding what is already in use.
Why custom software rather than a ready-made ERP?
A ready-made ERP asks your business to work the way the software does. A custom system is shaped around your products, parties and process, and it runs on a proven platform that keeps improving, so you get a system that fits without paying for one built from scratch.
Can it manage stock across several stores or godowns?
Yes. Stock is kept by location, transfers are recorded as they happen, and the owner sees every location together or one at a time.
What happens to our existing Excel sheets and registers?
Customers, suppliers, items, price lists, opening stock and balances are migrated in before go-live, and your team checks the figures first.
How long does it take, and how is it priced?
As a guide, 2 to 4 months. You receive a written proposal and fixed quote within 3 working days of a first conversation, the build fee is paid in stages, and hosting and support are covered by an annual maintenance contract. Never per-user pricing.
Where is our data kept?
By default on Supabase in AWS Mumbai, so your data stays in India, with daily backups. It is exportable at any time.
