Spare parts and accessories stores
Websites and ordering portals for parts stores.
Walk-in customers want to know if you have the part. Trade buyers want to order without calling. Karyo Digital builds a site that answers the first and an ordering portal that handles the second, both on your own domain.
- Written proposal and fixed quote within 3 working days
- Catalogue first, trade portal when you are ready
- Never priced per user

What we build
A catalogue for customers, a portal for the trade.
Most parts stores sell two ways: over the counter and to workshops on credit. The site is built for both.
- A searchable catalogue
- Parts and accessories by vehicle, category and brand, so a customer can check before driving over.
- Enquiries to WhatsApp
- ‘Do you have this for my car?’ arrives with the vehicle and the part already filled in.
- Trade ordering portal
- Workshops and resellers log in to place orders against their own price list. See portals.
- Credit and dispatch
- Each trade account's credit, outstanding and order status in one place, instead of a ledger and a phone.
- Accessories that sell
- Accessory ranges presented with photos and fitment, for the customers who browse.
- Local search
- Found when someone nearby searches for a part or an accessory store.

How it’s delivered
From the first conversation to orders arriving online.
Every Karyo Digital project follows the same five stages, so you always know what comes next.
| Stage | What happens | What you receive |
|---|---|---|
| 01 · Discover | We learn how you sell at the counter and to the trade, and how orders and credit are tracked today. | A written proposal and fixed quote within 3 working days. |
| 02 · Design | Pages and screens designed around your trade and your customers' questions. | A clickable prototype to try before anything is built. |
| 03 · Build | Short cycles on a private staging link you can open any time. | A working preview every two weeks. |
| 04 · Launch | Catalogue loaded, trade accounts and price lists set up, your Google Business Profile connected, and counter and accounts staff trained on the job. | A live site or system on your own domain. |
| 05 · Manage | Hosting, daily backups, security updates and support under an annual maintenance contract, the first year included. | A monthly change allowance and clear response times. |
A catalogue website usually takes 3 to 5 weeks; a trade ordering portal 6 to 10 weeks.
Parts store websites and portals: common questions
Do I have to put prices online?
No. A catalogue can show what you stock and take enquiries without public prices. Trade prices stay inside the portal, visible only to logged-in accounts.
Can the portal handle credit for workshops?
Yes. Each trade account sees its orders, what it owes and its dispatch status. The rules, such as credit limits and approvals, are agreed with you in the proposal.
Can it work with the billing software I already use?
Often, yes, and Tally in particular. Tell us what you use and we will say what can connect and what cannot. See Tally and custom software.
Can you build stock and billing for the counter too?
Yes. Part numbers, brands, alternates and vehicle fitment, with barcode labels, GST billing and supplier dues. See CRM and ERP.
How is it priced?
A fixed build fee paid in stages, quoted in writing within 3 working days of our first conversation, with the first year of hosting and care included. After that, an annual maintenance contract. Never per user.
