Track days and motorsport events
Track day and motorsport event software, built for your event.
Entries, scrutineering, sessions, lap times and results, sponsors, vendors and the event gallery: everything an organiser juggles across five tools, in one system behind your own public entry site. Karyo Digital builds it for each organiser, then hosts and looks after it.
- Running real track days in India
- Scrutineering and tyre compliance on the entry, not a clipboard
- Under your own brand
| Entry | Class | Tech | Tyres |
|---|---|---|---|
| #14 · Porsche 911 GT3 | Track | Passed | OK |
| #22 · Nissan GT-R | Drag | Recheck | OK |
| #31 · BMW M4 | Track | Passed | Semi-slick |
What we build
Your track day, run on one system.
Your own entry site and the console behind it, set up for your event and under your name.
- Your own entry site
- Registration, payment and add-on packages, under your brand.
- Race day
- Scrutineering, sessions in running order and lap times, recorded against each entry.
- Results and certificates
- Generated from the real times, never re-typed after.
- The gallery
- Photos and videos tagged to each driver, who buy their own.
- Sponsors and vendors
- Sponsor placements, modification quotes and wrap proofs, tracked per event.
- Every season on one account
- Driver profiles and history carried forward, with notifications and a full audit trail.
The day, held together
From the first entry to the drivers buying their own photos.
A track day is registered, paid, scrutineered, run in sessions, timed, certified and photographed, by different people, over one long day.
The entry arrives complete.
Driver, car, days and disciplines, with the signed indemnity and an emergency contact, taken on your own site instead of chased on WhatsApp.
The extras are paid with the entry.
Media packages, hotel nights and transport are ordered against the entrant, and each order keeps the price it was taken at.
Tech check and tyres land on the entry.
The scrutineering outcome and the tyre verdict, worked out against your event's own rule, sit on the entry, with a note the driver reads on their dashboard.
The running order is the day itself.
Every session in the order it runs, with start time and conditions. Live and published are separate switches, so the paddock never sees more than you decide.
Times land per session, per driver, per car.
Each run with its elapsed time, marked clean or fouled with the reason, and the official sheet kept exactly as the timekeepers printed it.
The certificate writes itself off the result.
Position fills in from the published result; the PDF carries driver, car, venue and date, gets its own serial and goes to the entrant by email.
The photos find their own drivers.
Each frame is tagged to the entrants in it and lands on their dashboard to buy. Nothing reaches the public gallery until you approve it.

In detail
What organisers need, beyond a booking form.
Generic ticketing takes a name and a payment. Everything hard about a track day happens after the entry, and that is what this covers.
- Track day management
- Entries flow into run groups, waivers and scrutineering attach to each car, timing and results run through, and drivers get their own dashboard.
- Entries and registration
- The whole entry, not just the form: car, class and experience fields you set, the indemnity, add-ons and payment, with a QR code scanned at the gate.
- Race entry system
- A sign-up drivers finish on a phone, and entries you can run the day on, sorted into classes and run groups before anyone arrives.
- Scrutineering and tyre compliance
- Safety and eligibility checks recorded against the car, and tyres checked against your rule for treadwear, semi-slicks and brands. See what scrutineering is.
- Timing and results
- From the timekeepers' sheet to results on every driver's dashboard, with the official classification kept exactly as printed.
- Car club events
- Members, entries, payments and results for a season of club days, in one connected system.

Motorsport event software: what organisers ask
Is it a ready product I can sign up to?
No. It is built and set up for each organiser, on your own entry site and under your own name, then hosted and looked after by us.
Does it include timing equipment?
No. It records times per session and publishes results and certificates, working with your own timing equipment and timekeepers.
Has it run real events?
Yes. Launch Control India, a supercar drag and track series at Buddh International Circuit, takes its entries and publishes its official results on it.
Can a car club use it for autocross or gymkhana?
Yes. Members, entries, scrutineering, timed runs with penalties and class results work the same way for a club day. See our guide to autocross and gymkhana in India.
How is it priced?
It is quoted per organiser, in writing, after a conversation about how your event runs. Never per entrant or per user.
